Linda was born and raised in New York City. In 1985, Linda and her son, Rodger Allen, Jr., relocated to Rapid City, SD - which has become their home. One year after moving to Rapid City, both Linda and Allen came to a saving faith in Jesus Christ. Over the past 27 years, God has blessed Linda with a wonderful church family and close personal friends.
Linda pursued two and one-half years of college at National College and Black Hills State University. She worked for Rapid City Regional Hospital for 10 years. In the summer of 2003, Linda was asked to consider joining the staff of CLM. After seeking the Lord through prayer and His Word, Linda answered the “call” and in August, 2004, went into full-time ministry.
Linda was licensed as a minister in May 2005 under Christ Community Ministries.
Linda has taught women’s Sunday School class; been the team leader for Women’s Ministries at her church; as well as leading and participating in various Bible studies.
Linda enjoys living in the Black Hills and spends her spare time reading and enjoying time with close friends and “extended” family.
Linda has one son, Allen, who is married to Kellie and they have one daughter, Aaliyah Maye-Beth. Allen is currently serving in the United States Army – stationed at Ft. Carson in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Linda’s heart is to allow the light of Christ to shine through her – in order to bring hope and encouragement to hurting people.
